Developer Fees
Developers are required to pay an annual fee, which includes the provision of the New Homes Ombudsman Service, auditing of developer processes and procedures, and a suite of resources to help support developers to improve their quality standards and customer service.
Fees are calculated by the number of homes a developer builds and their turnover from private home sales.
Fees for the period 1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025
These fees apply to developers whose registration is due for renewal from 1 July 2024 - 30 June 2025, as well as any new developers who apply for NHQB registration during this period.
