Developer Fees

Developers are required to pay an annual fee, which includes the provision of the New Homes Ombudsman Service, auditing of developer processes and procedures, and a suite of resources to help support developers to improve their quality standards and customer service. 

Fees are calculated by the number of homes a developer builds and their turnover from private home sales.  

The NHQB recognises the challenges developers face in the current operating environment and we have worked to ensure our fee structure is fair and equitable.
